One of the programs HistoryJorunal.ie would like to initiate is a member driven book review feature. While we welcome the debate and discussion that academic reviewers can bring to topics and book reviews, there is more than one way to view history and ordinary readers views are just as important.
Starting today we will offer members free copies of Irish history books in return for them posting a new review to the forum.

The first two books in this program are both Mercier Press titles:

We have one copy of each title and the first two members who respond to this post will receive a copy by post. I will contact them for their postal address.

Hoping that this is the start of a great program.
